Many of the semi-final and final matches are shown. Interlaced with the push hands coverage is instruction by Lenzie Williams, Oakland, CA, heavy-weight 1990 National Champion at both tournaments. Williams discusses yielding, hand techniques, grounding and competitions. The video offers the opportunity to see two different tournaments with different push hands rules and to observe the current state of push hands competition.
